Self Esteem
Healthy
self esteem can be achieved by becoming aware of our personal
strengths
Accepting ourselves as worthy persons despite our weaknesses
Low
self esteem is partly self imposed regardless of the initial cause
We
maintain our low self esteem by the way we view ourselves against others
The
more we criticise ourselves the worse we feel
Thankfully,
we can change how we view ourselves - without changing our basic
personalities.
We can spend more time doing things and less time sitting around
thinking about ourselves
Talking
to other people helps us to see that we are not the only ones with
problems
Everyone
has something they don't like about themselves,
therefore, we have every
right to be as happy as anyone else
